In a new marketing campaign film for mental health and fitness startup BetterUp—of which he is the main impact officer—the Duke of Sussex speaks about how he maintains his possess “mental fitness” day to working day. One way, he suggests, is by doing work with a daily life coach—which the corporation supplies.
In the limited film, Harry interviews a few diverse people—including Olympic snowboarder Chloe Kim—about their very own psychological overall health methods.
