If you construct your queries to consist of all versions (which I would advise at the very least tests) and combination your SERP results, you plainly get a much larger range of domains. This of course does not necessarily mean that the benefits are more skilled, just that there is more variety with less imagining on your component about what prospecting phrases to use.

You can test them by hand if you like by combining any of the three exploration phrases – [Health], [~Health] and [~Health -Health] – with intitle:”guest post”. Never use the brackets though… those people are there to present the place to end and start your copying/pasting.
